Despite the fact Christian salvation is supposedly a gift, one is expected to the impossible (sinless perfection or all the time on one’s knees seeking atonement and then you can’t be sure you’re forgiven when you ask because you can be sinning while doing so in thought and deed).

His Wickedness is aware of that. What I appreciate is He doesn’t find me flawed when it comes to living my life because I am created with the senses and feelings I experience and the inability to cease from sinning in thought while I can choose if I will or how I want to when it comes to actions. You know none of us can be sinless because, well, we’re human and we can’t.

Still, when it comes to things “sacred and symbolic”, we can see blaspheming them as scary for any number of reasons.
