I could stop watching (tried many times 6 months was my longest “non-porn” time), but ultimately I WANTED to relapse and watch porn. Not because it made me feel good and not because I couldn’t control myself. I wanted it because it always seems natural, fun, enjoyable, relaxing and for me is who I am.
