The Vessel
“Demon” boxes are fascinating and have piqued my interest. Variations of these may be found across various cultures. These boxes or containers are often depicted as powerful artifacts capable of trapping demons, spirits, or other entities. I wanted to share some examples and related concepts from different cultures.
When I was in Thailand, I discovered almost every building had a small house, some simple and some elaborate. Later, I found out they are called San Phra Phum, or simply a spirit house. They are small shrines placed outside homes and businesses to honor the spirits of the land.
These houses provide a dwelling for the spirits, and offerings are made to keep them happy and ensure protection and good fortune for the inhabitants. The tradition of spirit houses is rooted in animistic beliefs, predating Buddhism in Thailand. They reflect a deep respect for the spiritual world and the belief that spirits own the land. The placement of spirit houses is often guided by geomancy, ensuring they are situated in auspicious locations.
A Dybbuk Box is a wine cabinet said to be possessed by a dybbuk, a malevolent spirit from Jewish mythology. It appears that the popularity in recent times is from a “wine cabinet”; the box gained notoriety through a 2003 eBay listing and subsequent media attention.
There are other examples; however, King Solomon is said to have used a brass vessel, often referred to as Solomon’s Seal, to trap demons and djinn. This artifact is mentioned in various texts, including “The Lesser Key of Solomon.”
Other cultures used bowls to protect against Lilith. These bowls, also known as demon bowls or devil-trap bowls, were used in ancient Mesopotamia to ward off the Dark Goddess, evil spirits and demons. They often contained inscriptions in Jewish Babylonian Aramaic.
In Middle Eastern folklore, djinn (genies) are often depicted as being trapped in lamps, bottles, or other vessels.
You may be asking why am I sharing this? I am not entirely sure myself, however, it has encouraged me to explore manifesting an entity and inviting it into a vessel or item. We shall see.
Salvete Lamia and Ave Satanas!

This man is a legit Occultist. Though he serves the Right Hand Path, his article’s are the most authentic you’ll find tailored towards a western understanding. If you can get past the Islamic Dogma, you won’t be dissapointed with the weath of information his years of experience shows in the craft. Even his items for sale descriptions are quite informative as well.
On the topic of the ‘Dybbuk Box’ – I never understood how this could be of any use to a Diabolicist and or practitioner of Demonolatry. They have always served as the “Grey Witch’s” last resort to contain a dark force unwilling to work with their desired intent OR a “White Witch” trying to cleanse a building and or home of an entity that won’t leave by normal banishing rituals. Most of the sealings I’ve seen are flawed. No real solomanic seals of power inscribed correctly to sustain the binding. A lot of these sold online I consider fake. Not fake as in there is no entity attached within box, but that they are not a properly prepared caging for alternative use in other rituals etc.
Have you ever asked a Demon or Demons to enter you and possess you. It seems like you could house them yourself and give them your personhood so they have the warmth of a safe place to call home. Father James

I appreciate your kind setiments, but no I have not. Though I have felt physical sensations throughout my nervous system – key indicators that go along with knowing when an entity is at closer proximity within the aura layers etc.
There is a thin line where if such a dark rite fails, the invoker shall become enslaved rather than experiencing a mutual partnership. I have only ever worked with prebound items, such as rings and daggers. Also as you well know, one that is still connected to Elohim’s grace by baptism cannot be fully possessed by the daemonic. It may seem strange coming from a Luciferian viewpoint, but I don’t view Jesus or the Holy Spirit as an enemy.

I will elaborate where I’m coming from. Some Luciferians and Theistic Satanists might be confused over my past commentaries, perhaps concluding that I do not have true attunement / spiritual alignment with the Left Hand Path. I think most would agree that Demons and Humans share a common problem regarding the ‘Flesh’. Our physical corporeal form acts as a buffer of resistance against the harsh astral conditions which ‘burn’ a spirits capacity to have a sense of individual-self apart from Elohim. Throughout biblical scripture we are told over and over again how weak the flesh is, yet Genesis encrypts the reason for why that exactly is. Humans had the capacity to live for hundreds of years, but that all changed once Cain was marked by the Demiurg, Yahweh – Genesis 4: 15. My interpretation of Able’s murder was “I’ll show you sacrifice” when Cain was jealous of the accepted offering. Once judged for his sin, Cain was worried that he too would suffer a similar fate, YET Yahweh said this would not be the case by placing a seal that warned of any harm done upon him shall be avenged. This promise followed through to later descendants:
“If Cain shall be avenged sevenfold, then Lamech seventy-sevenfold.” Gen. 4: 24
Every sin attracts attachments of varying degrees and strengths. When death occurs, it’s like splitting an atom, causing a spiritual wave of destruction that is not only affecting the human spirit, but also said attachments during that person’s life. The verse above supports generational curses to that end, and why the flesh became weaker from those ancient times. Genesis 6: 3 was Yahweh’s last straw concerning the demons’ attempt to prolong the flesh’s capacity to sustain alongside unnatural spiritual duality. And I have always found this verse very interesting in that His spirit would not put up with the matter; hence the 120 year max mortality limit and so forth. My analysis leads me to believe that once man was split between Male and Female, self-preservation of the ego became further diffused by Cain’s attempt to justify his version of sacrifice – not knowing that our deaths cause problems for the spiritual realm inhabitants.
We should never forget that Demons are trying to self preserve. It is wrong thinking to vilify their sentience without understanding their strife – which religions perceive as adversarial. Jesus showed empathy when permitting a legion to enter from a possessed man into a herd of pigs. And those vessels were directed towards the sea because that was these spirits’ domain (Mathew 8: 28-34). If such mercy was shown to the demons, how much more mercy will he show man. Whenever my attachments have grown too much to bear, the Lord’s Prayer is key with the intentional request that the Holy Spirit will direct the demons of my sin to inhabit another fleshly corporeal form that shall give them comfort (but also not direct harm to anyone else from within that corporeal form). We must not judge nor forsake what we do not fully comprehend or those forces will be our judge when we die.
