The Beauty of Polytheistic Religions
Theistic Satanism is a very broad term, so I won’t be giving a rundown of everything. There are many sects with differing beliefs, but most are misunderstood. Most satanists don’t worship Satan as an evil being. Some view him as a separate figure from the biblical Satan, while others think the Biblical Satan is wrongfully portrayed. Theistic satanists don’t exclusively worship Satan.
Many worship other Abrahamic infernal figures, hence why I’ve included it under polytheism. Most groups have the overarching value of rejecting religious dogma, seeking truth, and self-empowerment, among other things. There’s also atheistic satanism, which has similar values but views Satan as a symbol of resistance rather than a literal being.
(I am not a Satanist! I seek to portray all religions accurately and respectfully, so if you are a Theistic Satanist and feel I’ve misrepresented your religion, please tell me!)
Polytheism is more logical than the idea of an omnipotent, omnipresent, omniscient, and omnibenevolent universal creator. It’s 14.5 billion years to the center of the universe. If there is a universal god, and I cannot believe there is, we would be as relevant to it as a hydrogen molecule on Pluto is to us.
But it is entirely possible that beings of energy, possessing immense power and ability exist in our world. They are not inherently benevolent; they do nothing about war, disease, or natural disaster. But they have not the least objection to any human act, need, or desire.
They don’t require our worship, though they probably don’t object to it. Some, certainly, are happy to inhabit our mimds, and our souls, encouraging us to whatever actions we execute, no matter how dark, or how harmful it is to others, as long as it gives us pleasure.
Porn is perfectly acceptable, crime is entirely excusable, and all destructive urges and acts entirely approved and encouraged. Satan and Lilith are the most important of the Gods, and every demon is a true God deserving of our praise and reverence.
May you who read this be selfish, and greedy. These are the blessings of our true Gods. May you rejoice in every sinful and evil deed.
