Self-Hypnosis

This is a very powerful story and experience with hypnosis, and the beautiful dream you had. I have always had a gift of self-hypnosis. I was getting counseling many years ago from a very good psychologist as I was working through lots of trauma as a hospital chaplain.

I had many challenges over the years in the emergency room in a level one trauma center with a helicopter pad, as we got severe cases. Anyways I was stressed out. My psychologist was also a licensed hypnotherapist, and he would help me by having me go under very deeply and get to the root causes of my stress.

I took to hypnotherapy like a fish to water and was able to go very deeply under, and this helped immensely with being stressed out. I was so good at letting go totally and so deeply, he would say in the beginning, You know what to do and I would go under deeply on my own.

I was able to do self-hypnosis. So your story touched me deeply, and I understand what effect the Mistress had on you. With my porn addiction, I have let others hypnotize me online, and I went deep, and they were controlling me through the internet.

So I learned to be careful. I have delved into Satanic Hypnosis and go very deeply under when I do. There is one Satanic hypnosis that I fall into too frequently, as I can’t get it out of my head. I understand.
