A Prayer To The Devil
Satan blesses this day. Bless my loved ones with health and happiness. Oh, Prince of Darkness possess my body, fill me with your knowledge, and guide me to make the intelligent decisions for a happy and prosperous life.
May this day bring many ecstatic pleasures of the flesh. Let me always be filled with your Unholy Spirit. Send your demons from Hell to destroy all of my enemies. Thank you, Lord Satan, for all of your many blessings.

There are several posts that I have added to the LS666 blog from the “Church Of The Devil” — thank you for these contributions — as they help to spread the dark prayers to the almighty demon in hell, that we all have come to know and love (rather than the Abrahamic lame duck).
My favorite movie of all time is “The Devil’s Advocate” with Keanu Reeves and Al Pacino. It’s just awesome. So, I couldn’t resist doing my own version of this, based closely on the storyline — yes, I read the book by Steve Cavanagh; read the screenplay by Jonathan Lemkin and Tony Gilroy; and watched the movie (at least a dozen times) — and unashamedly borrowed bits from all the above.
Here’s the synopsis —
“Kevin Swift is a lawyer from Small Town. He’s very good at his job. In fact, he has never lost a case. In the courtroom, he has been faultless. After winning an amazing court battle, he becomes sought after by a large multinational law firm. They offer him a job and he and his wife move to Big Town and are soon swept up in the fairy-tale lifestyle of the rich, famous, and powerful. His new employer Milton Maximus — a legal genius himself — sets Kevin at work to free some of the most evil criminals possible. Not everything is as it seems. Soon Kevin finds he is making choices that impact both his relationship and his conscience. Though Kevin is far from being a boy scout, he is forced to ask what is the true nature of Justice, if not to find the truth. But Justice is blind, and the truth may be more evil and wicked than Kevin ever imagined.”
It’s a tale told in four parts (the fifth is still on my desktop).
