Wicked Situations & Honest Options

What occurs when you have a husband, who follows the Dark Lord, and a wife who is straying and playing with her boss and others? What should he do with his dilemma, especially since, before he has fantasized and even found himself wishing that she would get with other guys? Now it’s happening. It seems as if his prayer is answered.

Should he say nothing?

Should he encourage her?

Should he get a divorce?

What would the Dark Lord want him to do?

I am sure the first responses would be about the situation. However, I believe the response should be to the last question. What does the Dark Lord want him to do? I have to smile because many in our church use the initials, “WWJD” or “What Would Jesus Do” so one, when faced with an issue or a dilemma or a situation will ask themselves that question which would impact their response. A similar situation is presented her where “What would the Dark Lord Do?” impacts one’s response.

I can’t and don’t speak for His Wickedness because I’m only a follower. I am also a woman. I will say this.   Simply because the husband is a follower of the Dark Lord doesn’t mean he will automatically agree that what she is doing is fine with him and all is well in his marriage even though this is what he wanted to happen and fantasized about. He is conflicted for any number of reasons. But the primary one is this: Reality trumps fantasy. When men fantasize about their wives, it has to do with her being their personal porn stars, performing for hubby and not others.

When it comes to reality, there is much more to be considered and confronted. What is she doing while in bed and enjoying other men intimately especially when she is screwing her boss? Is she doing things she wouldn’t or won’t do with me? What is she saying about me? What is she thinking when she is with these other guy? Is he or they better that me? Is he or are they bigger than me? What is she thinking when she is straying and playing? What is she thinking about me? The questions seem to focus on comparison … how does he measure up when it comes to other men? Our husband here shares he isn’t worried about adequacy. He is concerned about his attitude and how others would think of his response to the situation.

Her name is Kanwal. He now considers her “his whore.” Stating she is “his” speaks volumes. He shares that he doesn’t care about what she is doing now because he is not around where she works and no one knows him there other than her boss and guys there who are with his wife. He knows them from when she first got her job,  business and otfice parties, seeing them at his home when he would find them with her in bed and when they were bold enough to pick her up for dates. He shares that he is encouraging her because he feels he can’t stop her because this is what she wants “for her” at least for now. And, what he hasn’t shared with his wife is this allows him to walk away from the marriage if he wants while at the same time he is enjoying watching his wife change into the woman she is now … someone who told him at one time she would never go with another guy but him when he hinted about his fantasy. He is, he feels, having his cake and eating it too. But is he? His wife is doing what she wants, when it comes to the; intimate and he shares he is content being on the outside looking in. He and she are still intimate and he has played with her and her friends. He shares their “marriage” is “evolving.”

In my mind he has answered his own questions. I end with this statement shared with me: 

To me sex is a gift. A gift from our Dark Lord, an uninhibited way of serving the unholy spirit. How one sees that gift at work in one’s life is different for each of us who follow him.

But the questions that were asked remain don’t they? How do you deal with a straying and playing wife when other men know she is married to?
