We Hit Two Million
Already March 2025. Wow! The year is moving far too fast.
I looked back at what happened in “2024”. I used to do this every week, checking this and that. But nowadays, I don’t really get the opportunity. Too much to do, right? Well, two million visitations is really something — as this is all organic.
What does that mean? Well, as you may or may not know, I fund LS666 myself and get no revenue from ads or sponsorship. And growth is solely from word-of-mouth, cross platform marketing on Tumblr, MEWE, Fetlife, Reddit, and ReligiousFetish, and through various search engines (without any optimizing — as I just don’t have the funds to do all the fancy SEM and SEO stuff).
I guess there’s a portion of visitors that are not human (bots, etc). And we do get our fair share of malicious attacks. That doesn’t include the personal attacks I get from some Christian fundamentalist — I like to save all their comments (you can read them in my post — hate mail — it’s interesting, right?
What surprises me is that I put a lot of effort into MEWE in 2024 with very little gain. I have a sizable number of so-called “friends” but they participate very infrequently, with the exception of Hoku, Lycan Rex, Tati, Lucy, and Robert (thank you for your encouragement). Similarly, with ReligiousFetish, it seems that nobody bothers to give feedback or positive comments despite my consistent reminders.
Anyway, I am truly warmed by the increase in comments and likes on LS666, and must thank Regis for his personal contributions — which have been substantive — also, GarySix, Evil Dana, OralSlave666, and Ray. Thank you everyone who has contributed stories, posts, referring website friends, and comments throughout 2024.
