The Ecstasy Of Darkness

The ecstasy of darkness, the embrace of daemonic forces, forbidden hunger unsatisfied.  Many seek kinship with the dark master, but few succeed – for the acolyte, the messenger, the guardian, the dark one, be it “father”, “master” or “god” becomes center of their life.

While this choice may be hidden from view, their devotion and commitment remain consistent and sustained, for the entirety of their lives it shall not waver, from childhood when a “fancy dressed man” or “ancient beast” came to them to their last breath on this world they consider themselves a part of something greater than themselves, greater than any nation, greater than any other god-form.

They breathe the dark one into their flesh with the fall of each night and the dawn of each morning.  They walk in his footsteps, speak his words, practice his rituals and seek out the sisters of darkness.

They are here now … both past, present and future … they whisper the “words of making” and bring forth the dark one’s, the masters of the forbidden and the profane.  The sisters give over themselves, flesh and blood, sex and soul, to the dark master’s and hunger unthinkable hunger and undeniable blasphemies.
