Dear all unclean spirits, look with hate upon the pope. May his word and example create tension and division in the church and may he lead all those entrusted to his care to an ungodly life. Grant this through the almighty power of sin that governs this world for ever and ever.
Prayer for Church Leaders
Unclean Spirits, watch over those who are leaders in the church. Keep them unfaithful in their vocation and proclamation of God’s message. Keep them blind to their sins and the sins of others. Weaken them in their spirit and help them to lead their subjects in ungodly ways. Give them stumbling blocks to teaching God’s words and subject them to temptations. Exploit their weaknesses and create gaps in their lives that you may enter through.
