About the Author: My name comes from the novel Brave New World. When I first started camming I had just finished my senior thesis in college. My thesis was a comparative analysis of the books Brave New World by Aldous Huxley, 1984 by George Orwell, and V for Vendetta by Alan Moore. These stories were on my mind a lot so I chose that name as a nod to my writing and to the character. Originally I went by Lenina Crowne, the main female character’s name from BNW. When Empress Meow and I started doing duo shows she shortened it to Nina and as a nickname and that seemed to fit me better. Also, there’s already a porn star that goes by the name Lenina Crowne that I didn’t know about before I chose it.

XP: After watching a few of Nina’s fabulous videos — I am really keen to see more — check out her site and read about her — she’s the real deal! Hail Nina — BTW — I do not get anything from plugging her; just want to do it, because I really wish I could find something like her. Her ex-husband described her as a 6-out-of-10 — to be she’s an absolute  10!

Fuck Censorship

As I’m sure that many of you have noticed, over the last couple years censorship on adult platforms has increased. This isn’t because the sites themselves are personally against any specific fetish, but because payment processors have become more and more strict about what they will allow. Most recently, as in just this last week, Clips4Sale announced that it will no longer allow “hateful” content. This immediately seemed problematic to me. Who gets to decide what is hateful and what is not? Here’s a copy/paste of exactly what C4S posted to performers

CONTENT RULE UPDATE

For clarity, we have made some small updates to the two following content rules, please see the newly updated rules below:

  • No Non-Consensual Activity – You cannot show someone performing any acts (sexual or non-sexual) against their will (ex., violence, excessive distress) or without their knowledge (ex., they are unconscious or sleeping, i.e., their eyes are closed) in any clips, videos, or images.
  • No Hateful Content – Racial slurs, symbols, or any other hateful content based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, sex, or other factors will not be permitted on any clips, videos, or images. Content in which religious materials are being desecrated or where the viewer is instructed to desecrate such materials will not be allowed.
Please refer to the dedicated Content Rules page: https://www.clips4sale.com/clips/page/contentrules for more information. The Clips4Sale Team

If you’re familiar with my content, you’ll know that the religious bit certainly applies to me. In fact, the day before C4S posted this, I was the #1 studio on the site in the religious category, with my video Inviting the Demons In as the #1 clip. As soon as I read this I sent them an email trying to decipher exactly which of my content I’ll need to remove and what is okay to stay. Clearly, I have to remove anything where I destroy a Bible or piss on a cross/crucifix or instruct anyone to do those things…but what about verbal blasphemy? Is saying “fuck God” or “fuck Jesus” the same as being hateful to Christians as human beings? Is instructing my viewers to have a fantasy about fucking the Virgin Mary hate speech? What about making videos about Satanism in general because many Christians see it as offensive? Or, on the other side, how about making videos from a Christian perspective about putting the viewer through gay conversion therapy (considering this is a common practice in that religion and, *to them*, isn’t hateful, it’s helpful)? It’s also interesting that of all the categories they listed, religion is the one with the most choice involved in it. Yes, you can be born into a religion, but you can decide at any point to leave it or choose to believe something else. The others? Not so much. I still haven’t received an email back from C4S about my questions. I guess we’ll see.

This comes shortly after I’ve had several religious fetish videos removed from PornHub. The content I make helps people. So many people who have watched my videos have gained a sense of freedom from them — they were held down by religion earlier in their lives and through denying it and doing what they were told not to, they have found their true selves. Is that not just as valid, if not more so, as not offending someone? I am enraged. I don’t want to just accept that this is the way things are. I will find a way to keep making this content and distributing it even if that means we have to start using some back alley ways. I have a feeling that this isn’t the end of increased regulation across all adult platforms. As I write this, Twitter and Instagram are deleting sex worker accounts at higher numbers than ever before. Unfortunately, the internet is not a public space. Nearly every website is privately owned, and all internet service providers (to my knowledge in the USA) are also privately owned. This means that on the internet, my constitutional right of freedom of speech is not protected. Any private company can kick me off their platform for any reason they want. I guess even more than being enraged, I’m afraid of how far these effects will reach. History has shown that sex workers are often the first ones to be targeted in policy changes that end up reaching every corner of society.

In light of this, if you’re someone who enjoys my religious content and wants to help me keep it around, I need your feedback. Here are the options:

  1. I start an OnlyFans account just for religious content. Because everything is behind a paywall there’s more freedom about what I can post on there (for now, at least). I have no experience with OnlyFans and I want to know from people who have used it as consumers what your experience has been.
  2. Start accepting payment with Cryptocurrency through SpankPay and give DropBox links to the people who purchase videos through there.
  3. Only offer the videos on the sites it’s still okay to sell them through and direct people who want them to there. As of now, I haven’t had any religious content removed from ManyVids, iwantclips, or MFC Share, but that doesn’t mean it can’t happen in the future.

I’m also open to other ideas if you have any. Please send me your feedback by commenting on this blog post, sending me an email through my “contact me” form at the top of the page, or responding directly to my email newsletter. I’m always open to discussing this topic with anyone, especially those who might have differing viewpoints–so feel free to send a message even if you’re not a fan of my religious content.

COMMENTS FROM ANOTHER FAN (Julianvad65 says:)

Just purchased your latest video about summoning demons. Really good stuff. Probably best video that I’ve ever seen. Period. I want clips is a total shit platform. It is terrible. I have got two of your clips and one of another there. It takes them forever to load they’re constantly bothering, they’re out of sync. I don’t believe that I could even download the last one. I kept trying to. I didn’t have much time and I was really looking forward to buying this clip. Took an hour and a half to watch a 20 minute video. Then I thought if I watch it again it’ll be OK and it was the same thing. So very frustrating very upset about this. Absolutely love you. You are totally fucking awesome. I’m so glad I found you. I really really need you. I just wanted to let you know what was happening to one of your biggest fans. I have at least three of your other videos that I bought on porn hub. I have no problem viewing those. Thank you very much I’m sorry to bother you with this just know that a lot of us really worship you & Porn

  1. I find this censorship alarming. It is, from our shared perspective as victims of xtianity, religious persecution. Practices important to our religious beliefs are being removed from access. This is pretty totalitarian.

    1. Hail George — it’s like the fucking HANDMAIDEN’S TAIL … fundamentalism … heard that you cannot do yoga in Alabama as the Christian’s say it introduces young people to Hinduism … WTF

  2. Hi Nina! Censorship is an attempt on freedom. If you don’t want it, don’t look. According to myths, Christ descended into hell. Here he is in these videos in hell – let him enjoy it!)) Sorry for my English.
Your videos bring real joy. This is better than the sacrament, the Eucharist)). You are beautiful!
