Asmodeus & Lilith
The exact origins of countless ancient Goddesses and Gods, jinn, and heroes have been lost to time or blurred from history. But the tales of some other entities have been passed down through generations, sometimes merging with similar figures in different cultures. Asmodeus is one known by many cultures and religions, similar to Lilith. Oddly this is not the only connection to the Dark Goddess.
In some depictions, Asmodeus is a creation of god and was one of the fallen angels who followed Lucifer in rebelling against the god. In the Talmud, however, which collects rabbinical discussions of Jewish law, Asmodeus, or Ashmedai in Hebrew is depicted as the son of Adam and Lilith’s daughter Naamah. He is one of the four angels of sacred harlotry and was conceived before the creation of Eve.
Now according to the Black Book of Evil, the one found inside churches throughout the world, Eve is the first woman, formed from Adam’s rib to be his consort. However, these scholars describe Lilith as “the first” woman, created at the same time as Adam to be his equal. According to Theresa Alphabet of Ben Shira, she eventually marries Asmodeus, himself a tempter and spirit of lust, and together they endlessly procreate incestuous offspring to spread enlightenment throughout the world.
If that’s not interesting, how about one of the most notorious cases of mass possession that is attributed to Asmodeus? The convent of Ursulines in Loudun, France, was reportedly the scene of a terrifying outbreak of spiritual enlightenment in 1633, nearly every one of the order’s nuns began exhibiting signs of enlightenment, including speaking in tongues and expressing divine fantasies. This allegedly occurred after Mother Superior Jeanne des Anges and five other nuns fell under the sway of the handsome new parish priest, Father Urbain Grandier.
The nuns claimed Grandier summoned Asmodeus and Zabulon to the convent. Unfortunately, the church did not appreciate any connection to Lilith or her bloodline, and Grandier was eventually tried for witchcraft and burned. His pact with Sa Tan was supposedly given to the prosecution by Asmodeus himself and survives to this day in the Bibliotheque Nationale in Paris.
The most fascinating to me is Lilith, who fled Adam, born to a daughter, Naamah who had relations with Adam and resulted in a son, Asmodeus. Then Many claim that Lilith and her grandson Asmodeus produced many offspring to assist with enlightenment through Lust. Salvete Lamia.

The story of “Mother Superior Jeanne des Anges” of “The Convent of Ursulines” in 1633 — is truly an amazing story — worthy of a rewrite for LS666. “When I did not see him, I burned with love for him and when he presented himself to me, I lacked the faith to combat the impure thoughts and movements that I felt.”
I love how she became infatuated with the priest “Father Urbain Grandier” and then under exorcism accused him of “possession” — that he “bewitched, obsessed, or possessed” them (her and 5 other naughty, horny nuns) — then he gets tortured and burned to death. Fabulous!
