It’s Just Preposterous!
What would Satan want with your soul? And even if he wanted your soul, according to Christian theology, he already owns it the moment you are born; so he’d be paying you for something he already owns. And then, to top it off, you could just renege on the pact while on your deathbed and Satan would get nothing! The whole idea of selling one’s soul is just preposterous!
