Magickal Weekend

The Summer Solstice, Full Moon, and the single rune I pulled today from my Witches Rune, the Star, are all interconnected in various ways, each carrying its unique significance and symbolism. The Summer Solstice, which typically occurs around June twenty-first in the Northern Hemisphere, June twentieth this year, marks the longest day of the year and the official start of summer. It is a time of abundant light and warmth and has been celebrated for centuries by many different cultures and traditions as a time of fertility, growth, and celebration.

The Full Moon that occurs closest to the summer solstice is often referred to as the ‘Honey Moon’ or the ‘Mead Moon,’ and is said to be a time of heightened creativity, passion, and Magick. This Full Moon is a powerful time for manifestation, as the abundance of light and energy available during the Summer Solstice amplifies the power of our intentions and desires.

The Witches Rune I pulled today was the Star, also known as Algiz or Eolhxsecg, which is a powerful symbol of protection, guidance, and connection to the Divine. It represents the constellation of stars known as Ursa Major or the Great Bear and is often associated with the energy of the North, the element of ice, and the power of the ancestors. According to my grimoire the Star means the following — Go after what I want, my life’s purpose, and provide inspiration for others. It is a time to be myself and be accepted for simply being me.

In many ancient traditions, the Star Rune was used as a protective symbol, often carved into weapons or worn as a talisman to ward off harm and negative energy. It is also said to represent the connection between the physical and spiritual realms and to provide guidance and insight during times of uncertainty or confusion.

During the Summer Solstice and Full Moon, when the veil between the worlds is said to be at its thinnest, the Star Rune is an especially potent symbol of protection and connection to the Dark Goddess. It can be used in meditation, ritual, or spell work to harness the powerful energy of this time and to connect with the ancestors, the elements, and the guiding forces of the universe.

I would say this is a special weekend, combining the Summer Solstice, The Full Moon, and the tune I pulled today, are all powerful symbols of light, growth, connection, and protection. With them, I plan on harnessing their transformative power and using it to manifest my own deepest desires, connect with the Dark Goddess Lilith, and create a more fulfilling and meaningful life full of knowledge, wickedness, and perversions. Salvete Lamia.

This is certainly a passionate and magickal time of the year. Our minds and bodies are fertile with horniness. A special time for those moon-lit masturbation sessions — stroking ourselves or each other in the light of the full moon — and howling as we come for the Dark Goddess Lilith to fill our bowels with her rock-hard cock.
