Following The LHP
Hello, all my dark friends. As we all should be doing, I am very interested in the knowledge of the LHP. For a few years now I have read, as well as, heard others say, that one of the most important elements in one’s craft is meditation. I got into meditation about three years ago to help me with some issues over anxiety and depression.
I enjoyed it and got some interesting by-products like astral dreams and once I suddenly had an episode like I was an empath. I stopped meditating after about a year and now all the paranormal events have ceased. I am getting back into meditation right now but wanted some feedback from you all, my friends. Any feedback would be helpful. So. here goes.
- Do you meditate as part of your worship or rituals?
- What kind of meditation do you do? Would you briefly explain.
- What recommendations would you give to someone like me who is not new, but, still feels like a rookie?
- Recommendations for websites, Meditation music, etc.

I need to get back to doing it more. My meditative practices led me to lucid dreaming and the momentary unmatched relief of what Buddhism calls the state of no-mind.
I do darkness meditation. I use the darkest room in the house, sometimes on the night of a new moon. A try to get my surroundings dark enough that I can only see my aura. I have a book called Buddha’s Book of Sleep, which has been the single most successful and valuable thing that taught me how to process and sort all the invasive thoughts from my overactive mind during meditation.

This is an excerpt from a Tumblr blog article. This states about how we sometimes overthink some things regarding how we travel on our path to enlightenment.
“Often we are too busy asking ourselves what supernatural assistance will happen in our lives when we simply seek to find our real me and not see some special strength, power or other benefit other than discovering our real me … which is a journey in itself where we come to terms with who we are inside so that we can be at peace with ourselves especially when it comes to our lust and desires and our responses to things sensual and sexual. It’s easy to assume so one is able to project what may happen down the road. Right now it is important for both to experience a renewal of sorts so that she is looking forward to more while he is able to guide her into the activity she wants to engage in but doesn’t realize the power underlying her intensifying sex life. Let her feel him as bigger, thicker, throbbing, harder, etc as the Dark Lord himself takes her in these times.”
