In either case, you have a job to do. Do it with skill, be ready and be available. Write down what you plan on doing. Dot your “I’s” and cross your “T’s.” What you need to do must be perfect. Delivery must be perfect. And Timing must be perfect. How long you plan to speak? Is right up there with what you plan to say. It’s presentation. Keep their attention. Give it your best.
