Isaiah 34:14 – Non-Fiction

One of the few passages in the bible that is true — Isaiah 34:14 — Mother does not reside in some fancy palace away from those she loves; She rests with them, the dispossessed, the marginalized, the outcasts, the unloved:

Thorns shall grow up in its palaces,
Nettles and briers in its stronghold.
It shall be a home of jackals,
An abode of ostriches.
Wildcats shall meet hyenas,
Goat-demons shall greet each other;
There too the Lilith shall repose
And find herself a resting place.
