The least demon, if permitted by God, could probably destroy the entire solar system – truly, and you are going to pit your will against a powerful being who has existed since before the creation of the universe and could utterly destroy you with a thought? The ONLY way we can stand up against evil, demons, (the world, the flesh, and the devil) is with the power of God, with the help of our Guardian Angel, and with purity, prayer, and humility! So if you truly wish to put yourself to the test against evil, you must begin by learning humility, seriously. You must learn to deny yourself, and follow Christ.

I’m a bit late to the party I guess but to answer that if you don’t have any faith or belief in the paranormal then go ahead I’m sure it’s very easy as you wish. Being possessed is like being on LSD and every other high narcotic/drug known to man and having absolutely no control or knowledge
