When Rituals are done, they are done at night. Never during daylight. Meditation can be done during daylight hours. In Ritual, one should never blow out the candles lit after. To do so is disrespectful and ceasing your spells to work. If you feel unsafe about leaving candles lit unattended, then either extinguish them with your fingers or a candle snuffer. Never ever blow the candles out whatsoever.
